Setup Guides
SwishRouter Setup
- Plug the SwishRouter into a power outlet.
- Wait 60–90 seconds for the connection light to turn green.
- Connect to the WiFi name on the sticker at the bottom of the router.
- Enter the password shown on the router label.
VoIP Setup (Plus & Max Plans)
- Plug the Yealink DECT base into the SwishRouter LAN port.
- Connect the phone to power.
- Your handset auto-configures — no setup required.
- If calls do not connect, restart the router and handset.
Troubleshooting
Internet Not Working?
- Restart the SwishRouter and wait 60–90 seconds.
- Move the router near a window for best signal.
- Ensure the power light is solid green.
- Try connecting with an Ethernet cable (if available).
VoIP Issues?
- Ensure the Yealink base station is plugged into the router.
- Restart the phone and router.
- Ensure your plan includes VoIP (Plus or Max).
- Check that your internet is active.
